Not sure where the idea that they are slow to respond or not in a hurry to help comes from because we have had a great experience with this group of ladies. My husband needed compression stocking for burn therapy. We had a prescription and Amanda worked diligently with us and TriCare to make sure insurance covered the cost. She kept me informed every step of the way along the process. When the stockings arrived, she showed my husband a trick to getting them on easier and even went an extra step to give him a pair of simple kitchen gloves to help in smoothing out wrinkles (which she informed us could cause irritation and blisters if not removed).
